LTP Annual Sustainability Performance Report 2023

Our approach

We consider the impact of our operations on employees, business partners and other key stakeholders. We engage with our employees focusing in building a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion across the organization. In addition, we focus on the health and safety of all employees. In a competitive employment landscape, the key to our success lies in attracting and retaining the right employees. Prioritizing the right talent strategies is therefore essential for building the necessary conditions for our workforce to continuously grow and thrive. The risk of failing to secure and maintain the right talent is an ongoing challenge. We strive to provide a safe and inclusive working environment where all employees can achieve their full potential. Our company values of care, trust, and challenge guide the culture of our organization and how our strategic ambitions are to be achieved. Our geographical spread of production sites results in differences in our risks and opportunities and requires us to undertake measures to deal with them and demonstrate that we are proactive and compliant with requirements and expectations. With our customer centric outlook we interact in close cooperation with our customers to align on the actions we do.

LTP Furniture Team, visiting in Copenhagen, Denmark

Each year we are filling in the Higg Index FSLM (FSLM – Facility Social Labor Module) for all sites, and all customers can request access to our Higg Index answers and scores. Social risks are generally expected to be higher in Asia compared to Europe, our Higg Index FSLM was therefore verified at our production site in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, in November 2023, like the site was Amfori BSCI audited also in November 2023.
