LTP Annual Sustainability Performance Report 2023

Towards diversity, inclusion & equity

At LTP Group, we place great value on our employees and emphasize diversity, equity, and inclusion across our organization. In both our divisions, there is an overrepresentation of female employees, which poses challenges in achieving equal gender representation among employees and managers. This imbalance is primarily attributed to the nature of the work, which has traditionally been more appealing to females. Our hiring processes are different for white collar workers and blue collar workers. White collar workers are primarily hired through specific job postings requiring applicants to apply with cover letter and CV. For white collar position it can be challenging to obtain a diverse applicant field, but it is a priority in LTP Group to focus on gender diversity and as a rule the applicant field must at least represent both genders. Some blue collar workers are hired the same way, but some are hired through agencies where it seldom is possible to have the same diverse applicant field as the nature of the job generally has appealed more to females than males. In 2024, we will emphasize on training and development of our managers in diversity, inclusion & equity, to work towards ensuring equal opportunities for all genders, inclusion in the work place & equity for all employees.
