Training Our aim is to ensure that all employees receive training in the Code of Conduct and our whistle blower hotline annualy. Our focus in 2023 has been to prepare educational material targeted at managers and employees respectively. The training will be carried out in 2024. Whistle blower hotline Should any employee, supplier, production partner or customer encounter behavior that fails to comply with applicable laws, policies and guidelines of our compliance program, our whistleblower hotline provides a secure and confidential platform to inform about concerns. The whistle blower hotline platform and our policy are available in multiple languages; Lithuanian, Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian and Vietnamese, as it is vital to prevent misunderstandings related to language barriers and aim to ensure full understanding of the whistle blower system.
