Reports In 2023 there were 5 reports, which all fell within scope. All 5 reports, that regarded allegations of theft, embezzlement, fraud and falsification of various kinds, were investigated and closed.
The hotline portal is operated by an external system provider. The initial screening of reports is done by an independent third party, a law firm, who distributes reports to the compliance committee or to the chairman of the board, if members of the compliance committee is mentioned in the report. The compliance committee has the responsibility to take immediate action and analyze reports and decide if the report is within scope of the whistle blower hotline, if action is required, if it is a case for People & culture or if investigation is needed. Next step includes informing and involving relevant internal stakeholders, handling documentation to ensure proper investigation and finalization of each report.
