We see that most reports come internally by email and not through our whistle blower hotline. For the whistleblower system to work as intended, it is essential that all employees are aware of our hotline, know how to report and to which level they are protected if they are reporting through our whistle blower hotline. To protect whistleblowers for reprisals and retaliation, to safeguard our employees right to privacy and anonymity, and to enhance possibility for reports to provide further information through the secured mailbox in our whistle blower portal, we will provide “Read & understood” and face-to-face training in 2024 to ensure knowledge building among our employees. Code of Conduct Our Global Code of Conduct is the foundation of our commitment to ethical excellence and provides the guidelines defining how we do business the right and responsible way. The Code of Conduct is supported by our policies and processes described in our management system, which guide us to act responsibly in practice. The Code of Conduct serves as a framework to create a safe, respectful, and professional work environment for all our employees. Our Code of Conduct outlines the values and principles that guide employees' conduct and interactions with each other, customers, business partners and other stakeholders.
