Responsible supplier management
We engage suppliers that are direct and indirect to production. Our direct suppliers must sign our Code of Conduct as part of the approval process, together with our compliance declaration. Both must be resigned every two years to ensure that LTP Group are always compliant with legal and customers’ requirements. Our business model within both Furniture and Garment implies that we interact with both nominated and non-nominated suppliers. We have a risk assessment and escalation processes to interact with our direct suppliers based on their status as nominated or non-nominated and their willingness to sign our Code of Conduct and compliance declaration.
