Management & board statement
The Board of Directors and the Executive Management of LTP Group A/S have considered and adopted the Sustainability Report of LTP Group A/S for the financial year from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.
The Sustainability Report has been prepared in accordance with the accounting practices set out in the reporting approach described on page 55-58.
In our opinion, the accounting practices are appropriate, and the Sustainability Report provides a true and fair view of LTP Group’s impact on environment and society for the period. Furthermore, in our opinion, the information given in the Sustainability Report is consistent with the accounting practices applied.
