The Facility Social & Labor Module (FSLM) scores a facility on its performance across nine sections:
Recruitment and Hiring 1.

Working Hours 2.
The score is out of a possible 100 points. Each section in the facility social and labor tool consists of 100 points and is weighted differently based on Step weightage in the total score.
Wages and Benefits 3.
Employee Treatment 4.
Employee Involvement 5.
Self-assessment: the facility fill in the Higg Index by themselves, after submission a score is assigned to the facility.
Health and Safety 6.
Verification: third party on site audit based on the self-assessment and verified with objective evidence like policies, bookkeeping etc.
