The values drive open- mindedness, entrepreneurship, initiatives, and change; the heart of LTP Group culture. A culture which underlines an environment of teamwork, trust, and respect. The values lead to a detailed level of compliance, which is essential to successfully build sustainability initiatives and monitor risk. Certification at product and factory level is the tool to monitor processes, progress, and challenges within the organization. Certifications include social, quality and sustainability areas, providing continuous third-party monitoring and specialist expertise with best practice from other industries. The journey in defining the sustainability agenda has brought LTP Group from merely focussing on certifications to a diverse path, also including strategic priorities and metric performance drivers.

The metrics aim to validate the investments delivering real changes on operational, tactical, and strategic level for LTP Group and our partners. The strategic priorities set out in this report are the outcome from the materiality assessment conducted in 2021. To embrace all our certifications and all steps in our sustainability ladder LTP Group will aim for B-Corp certification by 2025. B-Corp certification is an independent standard that mandates businesses to fulfill social, environmental and sustainability standards, meet accountability criteria, and maintain transparency to the public based on their assessment score. This certification is applicable to the entire company, covering all product lines and potential challenges. The four key areas are illustrated in the diagram. To successfully operate on all four steps of the ladder, teams of sustainability professionals, each with dedicated competencies and responsibilities were established, all of whom collaborate and work in parallel to achieve LTP Groups strategic goals.
