For 2023 a pay gap analysis will be conducted with focus on gender-based discrepancies. In first stage the analysis will focus on the largest locations, covering more than 80% of the total employees. The analyse is expected to bring transparency around unexplained gaps enabling for identifying root causes. The next step will be to establish monitoring of pay data and take measured actions as needed, creating a base for management to take equitable and unbiased pay decisions.
