APPENDIX 2 SUSTAINABILITY GOVERNANCE

& SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE

As of 2022, LTP Group has defined an organisation and governance structure that provides the global and local management teams with the necessary exchange of information and delegation of responsibility to anchor and drive sustainability initiatives across the group. LTP Group’s Board of Directors sets the functions and duties of the sustainability steering committee. It provides the steering committee with the mandate to make strategic decisions and approves the overall sustainability strategy and budget. The Sustainability Steering Committee is comprised of LTP Group’s management team and the global sustainability director. The committee sets strategic direction and priorities, and monitors execution of the sustainability strategy for 2025.
